About
With a love for living this lifestyle and sharing her passion for hunting, Sereena is dedicated to uplifting and helping other ladies and kids get into hunting through the multiple non-profits and organizations that she is involved with. “Individually we are weak, but together we are strong.”
Growing up on a ranch in Southern Oregon I have always been an outdoorswoman. I grew up hunting with my mom and dad even before I could legally hunt myself. I vividly remember riding around in our single cab gold Chevy pickup looking for bucks and enjoying life. I knew from the very beginning that I would hunt for the rest of my life.
I currently reside in Central Oregon with my husband, also an avid outdoorsman and our two kids. Our days off and vacations are spent hunting, prepping to hunt and enjoying the great outdoors. I enjoy showing our 3 year old daughter and 5 year old son the hunting way. I was taught at young age hunting is not just a hobby, it’s a call to something greater…a passion, a way of life and a big part of who I am! I love to hunt elk, mule deer, Northern California blacktail, waterfowl, upland birds and predators. Predator hunting to me as a hunter and conservationist is just as important because without predator management our herd numbers decrease and in turn our success rates decrease which provides less food for our family. This is one big reason I am an executive board member and event chair for the Oregon Outdoor Council, Oregon’s only 100% political advocacy organization for the North American Model of Wildlife Conservation.
I was taught at young age hunting is not just a hobby, it’s a call to something greater…a passion, a way of life and a big part of who I am! As a hunter I am dedicated to having the most successful hunt possible. I put in the work, the time, the effort and do what it takes to be successful. If I’m not hunting, teaching kids hunter education or working as a volunteer instructor at the NW Ladies Hunting Camp as the lead rifle instructor you can find me working on my all natural camo face paint company Nature’s Paint, a healthy alternative to face paint for women and kids.
Hunting isn’t just a way of life for me, it’s a big part of who I am and what I was born to do!”
